Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order and pre-authorized your payment.
Once your order is received, we automatically contact our suppliers to confirm that the items are in stock and available for immediate shipment.
Shipping Process
- If your item is available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process your payment and submit the order for shipment.
- If the item is unavailable or on backorder, we will cancel the payment authorization and notify you via email.
Shipping Options
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all products within the UK.
Shipping methods:
- Standard Free Delivery: Items will be delivered to your doorstep within 5-15 business days after processing.
- Threshold Shipping & White Glove Delivery: Currently unavailable.
Processing & Shipping Times
- In-stock items: Dispatched within 5 business days of order confirmation.
- Backordered or custom items: Delivery can take 4-6 weeks depending on availability.
Address Changes
If you need to change your delivery address after the order has been processed or shipped, we will do our best to accommodate the change, but it may cause delays. Any extra charges for address changes will be the responsibility of the customer.

All shipping times are estimates. Delays may occur due to external factors such as supply chain issues. We will keep you informed about any delays and work to resolve them promptly.
