• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Damaged products due to customer misuse.

• Returns must be arranged using a pallet service (not a parcel courier).

What's Not Covered:

• Please note that the warranty does not cover consumable items such as glass, grates, inner lining plates/firebricks, baffle plates, door seals, paint, damage due to over-firing, incorrect use, or installations carried out by unqualified individuals or those not in accordance with building regulations. The warranty specifically covers the stove body.
