Terms & Conditions

1. Order Acceptance & Pricing

  • Orders are confirmed only after payment is received.
  • Prices may change without notice due to supplier costs and market fluctuations.
  • VAT and delivery charges are separate and calculated at checkout.

2. Delivery & Inspection

  • Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to supply chain factors.
  • Upon receiving your order, inspect it within 24 hours and report any missing or damaged items within 3 working days.
  • For pallet deliveries, goods must be inspected upon arrival. Claims for damage or shortages must be signed as “damaged” or “short delivered” and reported within 3 days.

3. Cancellations & Returns

  • Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed unless approved by us.
  • You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving them. Returns are not accepted for:
    • Customised or bespoke items (e.g., special finishes).
    • Items purchased from our showroom.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Items must be in original packaging and resaleable condition.
  • A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply for non-faulty returns.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
  • If items have been used beyond checking their nature and function, a deduction may apply.
  • Premium delivery charges are non-refundable.

5. Returns After 14 Days

  • Returns after 14 days are subject to approval and may be eligible for store credit with a restocking fee.
