1. Returns accepted within 14 days from delivery.

   • In original packaging
   • In resaleable condition

Return Deductions

1. Returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee to cover administrative costs.
2. The customer is responsible for returning the goods to our depot.

Refund Process

1. Refunds are processed after the returned items are received and inspected.
2. Expected refund timeline: Within 14 days of return receipt.
3. Refunds will be less the 35% restocking charge.
