  • Non-stock items are delivered within an estimated 4–6 weeks.
  • Complete customer details are required to ensure smooth delivery tracking and communication.

Returns and Refunds

  • Change of Mind:
    • Customers can return items within 14 days if they are in their original, saleable condition.
    • Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.
  • Defective or Damaged Products:
    • Any items found defective or damaged during delivery will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost.
  • Return Process:

    • Include a copy of the delivery note or invoice with the returned items.

  • Delivery is available across mainland UK, with exclusions for certain areas like the Highlands and Islands.

  • Pizza Ovens:
    • Shipping cost is £25 + VAT per oven.
  • Accessories:
    • Shipping cost is £10 + VAT on average.
    • Multiple accessories can be shipped together at the same cost, depending on weight and dimensions.
