Shipping and Return & Warranty Policy 

Shipping Policy:

  1. Igneus Minimo:

    • Orders placed before 11:30 am will be shipped on the next working day (if in stock).
    • Delivery is expected the following working day via parcel carrier.
    • No deliveries are made on Saturdays or Sundays.
  2. Igneus Classico, Bambino, and Pro:

    • Orders (if in stock) will be delivered within 4 working days.
    • Deliveries to Scotland, Northern Ireland, ROI, and Europe will take longer and may incur additional charges.
    • For shipping costs to NI, ROI, and Europe, please contact sales@luxhomehaven.co.uk.
  3. Important Note:

    • Do not plan events, catering, or hire installation services until you have received and inspected your oven.
    • All deliveries are handled by external courier services.

Return Policy:

  1. Defective or Damaged Goods:

    • Items found defective or damaged before or during delivery will be repaired or replaced.
  2. Change of Mind:

    • Returns accepted within 14 days, provided the goods are in saleable condition.
    • Notify us via sales@luxhomehaven.co.uk before returning the goods, including the reason for return.
    • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Orders canceled after dispatch will incur any associated charges.
  2. Errors in online pricing may result in cancellation/amendment, with a full refund provided for affected goods.

Warranty:

  1. All Igneus Pizza Ovens come with a standard manufacturer's warranty (details vary per model).
