- Orders placed before 11:30 am will be shipped on the next working day (if in stock).
- Delivery is expected the following working day via parcel carrier.
- No deliveries are made on Saturdays or Sundays.

Igneus Classico, Bambino, and Pro:
- Orders (if in stock) will be delivered within 4 working days.
- Deliveries to Scotland, Northern Ireland, ROI, and Europe will take longer and may incur additional charges.
