Note of Caution: It's important to mention that the Saltfire ST1 comes with a welded baffle plate, making it advisable to use a pipe with a sweeping hatch, as the baffle plate cannot be removed.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Custom-made items or products marked as "Final Sale."
• Damaged products due to customer misuse.

Return Process:

• Returns must be arranged using a pallet service (not a parcel courier).

Refunds:

Warranty Information

Extended Warranty (Up to 5 Years):

• Register your stove installation within 45 days of delivery.
• Provide Proof of Purchase (receipt or invoice) and the Installation Certificate (e.g., HETAS, OFTEC, or local Building Control).

What's Not Covered:

• Please note that the warranty does not cover consumable items such as glass, grates, inner lining plates/firebricks, baffle plates, door seals, paint, damage due to over-firing, incorrect use, or installations carried out by unqualified individuals or those not in accordance with building regulations. The warranty specifically covers the stove body.
